Adaptiv Capsules & Copaiba Softgels
Since it was introduced 5 years ago, Adaptiv Calming Blend Capsules have been instrumental in managing our kiddos anxiousness. These capsules were clinically designed to help with acclimating to new surroundings and adapting to stressful situations. They also encourage relaxation. My kiddos typically take one a day or two before a social event or outing and then two to three days after. It helps them with the draining, physical effects of those social events. Copaiba softgels contain two drops of Copaiba oil. Copaiba helps with anxiousness differently than Adaptiv by working on the nervous system. Copaiba oil contains the highest levels of β-Caryophyllene (BCP) among currently known essential oils. BCP selectively binds to CB2 receptors in the endocannabinoid system (ECS)—a signaling and regulating system comprised of enzymes, receptor sites in the body, and endocannabinoids produced by the body. We all love it! It works beautifully, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave white on everything. doTERRA sun contains a non-nano zinc oxide which is a safe, natural mineral sunscreen filter. Gentle and powerful for all skin types. I love that it is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and reef-safe formula It also has aloe vera, vitamin E, and other nourishing natural ingredients to keep skin healthy. Lastly, doTERRA sun is a broad-spectrum sunscreen so it’s super protective from the sun’s damaging rays. Okay, so I’m doing it again. Not really one product but a combination of some. Only because this is the daily support I need to live life to the fullest! I’ve been without this natural arsenal and let me tell you, I’d rather not go on any trip (or day for that matter) without them. My daily supplement intake includes:

–Phytoestrogen Essential Complex: This supplement has been a HUGE support with my transition into menopause! Two capsules a day seem to be what works best for my body. Hormone metabolites that mimic the shape of estrogen can bind to estrogen receptors and can produce a negative effect (those unwanted things that come with menopause). Phytoestrogens work by competing with those hormone metabolites to gently balance hormones. Since using this supplement, I rarely have hotflashes and my emotions are pretty stable.
